Taking an integrative, holistic and transpersonal approach, I use a variety of tools and techniques to guide individuals to unlock their inner wisdom and integrate their mind, body, and soul for transformation and healing. Psychedelic therapy delves into the intersection of spirituality and psychology, offering a holistic approach to healing and personal growth.

I have been passionate about helping people from a young age, and always felt a connection to something greater than myself. Fascinated by the workings of the mind and the nature of reality, I completed a degree in Philosophy. I then became a professional fundraiser. Whilst working at a support centre offering complementary therapies to people affected by breast cancer, I discovered the power of hypnotherapy.

Following my keen interest in altered states of consciousness and exploring spirituality, I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I was also drawn to study Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a mindfulness based behaviour therapy that increases psychological flexibility, the ability to accept difficult thoughts and emotions in order to move towards valued ends to live a life of meaning and purpose.

I have spent decades exploring and practising breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, plant medicines, spirituality and nature connectedness for my own development and have trained to use these as tools in my psychedelic therapy practice.

I have facilitated hundreds of clients in their inner healing journeys through issues such as; anxiety, depression, relationships and heartbreak, overcoming addictions and habits, fears and phobias, past traumas, insomnia, increasing confidence and self-esteem, integrating psychedelic experiences as well as exploring healing through past life regressions.

My passions for working with transpersonal psychology modalities, the healing power of community, and supporting those in need led me to assist in establishing a non-profit foundation in the Netherlands that aims to make healing and transformation accessible to all, regardless of financial income. At Mother’s House Foundation, I help with fundraising, community building and guiding retreats. I also work as retreat co-ordinator with The Fellowship of Psychonauts helping to organise their Practical Spaceholders Training programme.

In my day to day, I am also a Mum to identical twin girls, step mum to two teenagers, and wife to a loving and supportive husband. I enjoy long walks in nature with my dog and adventures in our self-converted camper van.

I am committed to continual learning and development to expand my knowledge and skills to be of service to others and have experienced and respected mentors who support me with guidance and supervision as well as attending regular peer supervision groups.
