Taking a transpersonal approach, I use a variety of tools and techniques to guide individuals to unlock their inner wisdom, explore their spiritual connection, and integrate their mind, body, and soul for transformation and healing. Transpersonal therapy delves into the intersection of spirituality and psychology, offering a holistic approach to healing and personal growth. Please note that I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist or psychotherapist. Whilst I am trained in clinical hypnosis, I offer more of a holistic than clinical therapeutic approach.

I have been passionate about helping people from a young age, and always felt a connection to something greater than myself. Fascinated by the workings of the mind and the nature of reality, I completed a degree in Philosophy. I then went on to become a professional fundraiser and spent the next ten years raising over a million pounds for local good causes. Whilst working at a support centre offering complimentary therapies to people affected by breast cancer, I discovered the power of hypnotherapy. The people who accessed the hypnotherapy sessions reported changes in mindset that had a huge impact on their ability to cope with their diagnosis and the debilitating symptoms of their medical treatment.

Following my keen interest in altered states of consciousness and exploring spirituality, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I was also drawn to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which is a mindfulness based behaviour therapy that increases psychological flexibility, the ability to accept difficult thoughts and emotions in order to move towards valued ends to find meaning and purpose.

I have spent years exploring and practicing breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, psychoactive substances, spirituality and nature connectedness for my own development and use these as tools in my transpersonal therapeutic practice.

I have facilitated clients in their inner healing journeys through issues such as; anxiety, depression, relationships and heartbreak, overcoming addictions and habits, fears and phobias, past traumas, insomnia, increasing confidence and self-esteem and integrating psychedelic experiences.

In my day to day, I am also a Mum to identical twin girls, step mum to two teenagers, and wife to a loving and supportive husband. I enjoy rock climbing, trail running, cold water swimming, long walks in nature with my dog and adventures in our self-converted camper van.

I am committed to continual learning and development to expand my knowledge and therapeutic skills to be of service to others and have experienced and respected mentors who support me with guidance and supervision.
