A 90-Minute Journey Into the Power of Your Breath
Join us for a deeply restorative and transformative evening of meditation and conscious connected breathwork.
Over 1.5 hours, you’ll be guided into a safe and supportive space where we use the breath as a bridge — from mind into body, from tension into release, from thinking to feeling.
The session includes:
Grounding meditation and nervous system preparation
One hour of conscious connected breathwork
Integration time and optional sharing circle
Journeying in community with like-minded souls
Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, clarity, and reconnection to your inner healing intelligence. Through continuous, rhythmic breathing, you may access insight, shift stuck energy, and experience a profound sense of reset.
This is a space to:
• Let go of what you’ve been carrying
• Reconnect with your body
• Regulate and restore your nervous system
• Gain clarity and inner guidance
• Experience the power of shared intention in community
No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to breathe and be present with your experience.
Benefits of Conscious Connected Breathwork include
Emotional Release & Regulation
Helps release stored emotions and unprocessed experiences held in the body, creating greater emotional clarity and balance.
Reduced Stress & Anxiety
Activates and then regulates the nervous system, often leading to deep relaxation and a sense of calm after the session.
Nervous System Reset
Supports shifting from chronic fight-or-flight into parasympathetic rest-and-digest states, improving resilience over time.
Increased Self-Awareness
Heightens connection to the body and inner experience, allowing insight into patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks.
Access to Subconscious Material
The continuous breath can bring forward memories, imagery, and insights that support healing and integration.
Enhanced Mental Clarity
Many people report improved focus, creativity, and a clearer sense of direction after sessions.
Improved Mood & Energy
Can increase feelings of vitality, lightness, and aliveness as oxygen flow and circulation increase.
Deeper Mind–Body Connection
Strengthens awareness of bodily sensations, helping you tune into your inner healing intelligence.
Community & Belonging
Breathing in a shared space can create a powerful sense of connection, safety, and collective transformation.
Spiritual Connection
For some, breathwork opens a sense of expanded awareness, insight, or connection to something greater.
