I’m Emma, an Integrative Therapist specialising in stress and anxiety. I incorporate different tools and techniques into my therapeutic practice to empower clients to access their own innate wisdom and find freedom from within. I have spent the past 3 years helping hundreds of clients build a better, happier life for themselves. This group online programme is born from my own passion and experience, and the very real need for us to manage our stress in this fast-paced, high-pressure culture—especially in a world that often feels chaotic and uncertain.
