Online hypnotherapy sessions are just like in-person ones, except we meet in a private, secure virtual space (usually via Zoom). You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state, just as you would be face-to-face. The only difference is you’re likely curled up in your own cozy corner—blanket, candles, tea in hand—fully at ease in your environment.

I am lucky that my physical office is in a remote rural location, but there is still the sound of the occassional passing car. When I worked for a hypnotherapy clinic in Hampshire, we were based in a busy office complex with people constantly walking past, phones ringing and people’s voices coming in from nearby offices. It still worked, but was not ideal for helping someone to feel safe enough to truly let go.
